The Fuji FinePix XP10 is so cute; I’ve been in love with it ever since I set my eyes on this compact li’l camera. Its slightly curvy body really sets it apart from the standard rectangular-ish camera designs. I usually go to Canon or Sony for my camera needs, primarily because of the style factor, but Fuji really upped their game with this one! It’s two-toned and comes in silver, blue, green and my personal favorites, black and of course pink. The hot and baby pink look really attractive against each other, don’tcha think?
The appeal doesn’t just stop with its killer looks, though. Apparently, this camera is a killer, inside and out! It’s super tough and all kinds of proof—waterproof, freezeproof, dustproof and shockproof. So basically it’s perfect for people on the go, for active and adventurous souls, and well, droppers like me. Yeah, don’t know whether it’s one of those Murphy’s Laws or just excessive clumsiness on my part, but I always end up dropping gadgets, especially when they are brand new. It’s heartbreaking! Glad, I don’t have to worry about that with this camera.
Other great features include a 12.2 megapixel resolution, Fujinon 5x zoom lens, 720p HD photo and video capture, edit mode for blogs and an easy uploading function to YouTube and Facebook. For more techie stuff that I don’t even understand, you can watch this YouTube video by the Fuji Guys.
This one is definitely going on my wish list so whoever is keeping tabs (cough, boyfriend!) do take a note.
