An ideal Sunday for me is where I get to stay in all day and pretty much laze around the whole time, which is exactly what I did today. My dad just returned from India early morning, and we caught up with him all afternoon. Then my sister and I baked a cake (ok fine, she baked, I ate!:D), and of course the evening was spent watching the Golden Globes. Before I get ready to wrap it up and call it a day, here are some of my favorite looks from the red carpet today:
Clockwise: Mila Kunis in Vera Wang, Olivia Wilde in Marchesa, Claire Danes in Calvin Klein, Anne Hathaway in Armani Privé
Olivia Wilde‘s sparkly, tulle number was my favorite dress today, a close second being Anne Hathaway‘s Armani Privé gown—the back (or rather the lack of it) of the dress was simply breathtaking! Claire Danes’ dress was minimalist yet gorgeous; a prime example of the fact that you don’t need to be wrapped in crystals to rock the red carpet. As for Mila Kunis, what a beautiful woman! I loved that color on her.
Speaking of green, Catherine Zeta Jones and Angelina Jolie (Yay for Angie giving us color!) also looked quite spectacular, didn’t they? And Sandra Bullock — she could have easily been a favorite because that pale pink Jenny Packham gown was simply stunning, but then her hair was such a downer! She’s got such a beautiful face, why let half of it be covered! And I am really not a fan of those bangs; I feel that very few women can pull it off.

i loved Olvia’s tulle number the best too! so dreamy!
I liked all of your picks except for Claire Danes. The dress is pretty but I feel like the color washed her out a little bit but the other ladies were stunning.
If I absolutely had to pick one person for best dressed I think I would go with Anne Hathaway. She was perfect from top to bottom and though Olivia’s dress is better, I felt her hair was too simple. Who would you pick out of the four?

I like Olivia’s dress better…but you know I’m not a fan of bangs..Anne Hathaway looks better all in all…love her hair and makeup, esp that lipstick!
