Favorite Look of the Week

Apart from my favorites from the Met Gala, there was one more look that was worth a mention this week:

WHO, WHAT, WHERE: Mila Kunis in a black Versace Fall 2011 dress at the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner in Washington, D.C.

WHY: My boyfriend recently asked me about my obsession with Mila Kunis (in reference to the amount of times I’ve mentioned her on this blog), and it left me wondering whether I was the only one. Seriously, isn’t she getting hotter by the day? If you are a How I Met Your Mother fan you might have seen a recent episode where even Lily admits to having a “secret crush” on her; that part left me chuckling! 😛

Anyway, Mila Kunis showed us once again that wearing all black doesn’t necessarily have to be boring. Love the pockets embellished with gold buttons, the neckline, and the front slit of the gown and how she tied it all together with a black clutch and peeptoes and complimentary gold jewelry. She also kept makeup and hair simple — dewy foundation with a smokey eye, pale pink lips, and a sleek ponytail. I usually don’t like ponytails with gowns, but I think she makes it work.

An understated look, and yet she is absolutely stylish and elegant. Instant hit!
