I don’t really encourage copying a celebrity’s style (or anyone’s style for that matter!), but every once in a while (like here and here), you spot a celeb wearing something that clicks with you right away and it’s totally your style, and in that case if you don’t recreate the look, you’re just losing out!
Like this outfit that Rachel Bilson wore on Chelsea Lately — it’s right up my alley and I just had to adopt it! I’ve been quite obsessed with pairing reds with earthy tones like nudes, camel, and olives for a while now so this look became an instant hit in my books. It’s everything one would want for spring — an airy dress in chiffon or cotton to remind you that summer is right around the corner, with a blazer that keeps you warm and makes a bright, colorful statement. And I love her necklace. Rachel Bilson sure is a master of chic and casual day looks; I’m a big fan!
Here’s how you can get the look for cheap –

Zara double breasted blazer, Tie Back Dress by Wal G, Warehouse Multiway Clutch Bag With Strap, Forever 21 F4568 Sunglasses, Charlotte Russe Ringed Chain Necklace, Topshop RAPTOR Strappy Buckle Sandal
I added a dose of my personality to this outfit by picking the bag and shoes in tan instead of going the black and nude way à la Rachel Bilson. I felt the darker color looked better and that way even if you take the blazer off, the outfit wouldn’t look too plain. I love how all of these colors blend together to give off such a flirty, feminine vibe.
